90 Day Return Policy

If a customer is unsatisfied with their grow light purchase for any reason, they have 90 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.


Steps for a Return 

1. Return Authorization

Before returning any items, please contact us at to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.


2. Return Eligibility

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :

  1. Initiate return within 90 days of your purchase date
  2. Be in its original new condition, along with an undamaged box
  3. Be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories. Lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable. “Damaged” includes but is not limited to water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection.


3. Ship the product back to LED Home Growing

Customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs from a direct shipping company (e.g. Canada Post, FedEx, Dicom, Canpar, Purolator and UPS) to our Canadian facility (Toronto,ON). Customer is responsible for insurance.


4. Inspection of Returned goods / Refund

Upon successful inspection of returned items, a refund, less the restocking fees, will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.


5. Restocking fee of 10%

10% restocking fee is charged for all returned items and reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.
